How You Can Help

The Town of Pinetop-Lakeside and many residents and visitors committed to saving Woodland Lake Park have worked tirelessly over the past year to come up with viable ways to acquire or otherwise secure this resource permanently.

To donate by mail: Send a check to Save Our Park, P.O. Box 803, Lakeside, AZ 85929. We will send you a receipt. We encourage you to use our Printer Friendly Form to allow you some choices for our mailing lists. Download donation form.

To donate online: Click the Donate Now below to go to the secure server site at Paypal or see our membership section below.

The acquisition cost is high, as law dictates that federal lands must be sold at a price reflecting "highest and best use," which often means the value associated with development.

Many alternatives are being researched and pursued. One is raising private donations to help in the purchase. The Save Our Park Committee, host of this website, is the group soliciting these donations.

The White Mountains Land Trust is managing the Save Our Park fund. The Trust is a 501c(3) tax exempt organization.  Contributions are tax deductible under applicable sections of the Internal Revenue Code.  We'll include a spectacular DVD highlighting the park with donations of $100 or more.

Note: You do not have to be a Paypal registered user. You can use any common credit card. If you do not have a Paypal account, enter the amount to give on the Paypal donation form and just click "continue" at the bottom center of that page.
